Nepal’s wildlife once roamed its jungles and captured the imagination of the globe. Now, as it comes under pressure, independent documentary-makers across the globe need to focus on filming fascinating wildlife stories.

Strangely, while the neighboring India’s wildlife has received an immense interest from the filmmakers, Nepal’s most of Nepal’s jungles and the wild inhabitants still need a ‘break’ to prove their charisma on screen.

From flood plains and tropical forests in southern Nepal to alpine hinterlands in the north, there are stories of despair, voices of concern and, above all, signs that people still care for what's happening to each other in times when selfishness seems to otherwise rule.
